Delivery and Returns Policy
Return Policy:
Returns or exchanges may be made with a receipt within 7 days in the original, undamaged packaging. Refunds will be given in the original payment type or as a store credit for the original purchase price. There are no returns, exchanges or store credits on gift cards, sale or discounted items. Family Island customers will be responsible for any costs associated with returns made through boat delivery.
Delivery Policy:
We offer free delivery on purchases of $100 or more (total before VAT) within Nassau or to the boat of your choice for Family Island delivery. Family Island customers are responsible for costs associated with receiving freight. Once items have been signed for, the customer is agreeing that the items received are correct and in working order.
Orders placed Monday – Thursday will have the option for either In-Store Pick Up or Delivery the following business day. Orders placed Friday – Saturday will be available on the next business day.
Please note that there is no same-day delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
