• A naturally occurring mineral, vermiculite is highly absorbent, lightweight and a beneficial component in many growing mixes
• Adds to the CEC (Cation Exchange Capacity) for better fertilizer retention and release when used in potting mixes
• When used alone, it is suitable for rooting cuttings or can be added to make-your-own mixes
• Can also be used to cover seeds in germination
